2. Token Purchases

3. Refund Policy

In exceptional cases where technical difficulties or other unforeseen issues prevent you from receiving the tokens you have paid for or result in the receipt of an incorrect number of tokens, you may submit a refund request.

To request a refund, you must:

• Submit a written request in the contact form or at support@creatifiai.com within 15 days of the date of the token purchase.
• Provide detailed information regarding the issue that prevented you from receiving the correct number of tokens or the reason for your refund request.
• Include any relevant supporting documentation, such as screenshots or error messages.

4. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the price of tokens at any time. Any price changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

5. Cancellation of Orders

Once a token purchase has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
